What kind of graphic design services do you provide?
Our graphic design services are varied and comprehensive.  We provide logo design, brochure design, illustrations, graphics for web sites, direct mail design, marketing, stationery – including business card, letterhead, envelope, mailing label, and presentation folder design, and any other printing your business may require.  Give us a call to see what we can do for you. 

 
What do you charge for your graphic design services?
Prices depend on many variants but you can be sure that the money you're paying is for high-quality, uncompromised work.  We always have special offers and packages that saves you time and money. We also provide special discounts for Non-Profit organizations and churches. If you would like us to price out a job for you, call or email us today. 

 
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders. and secure credit card payments via PayPal.  

 
What is the client's involvement in the design process?
We thoroughly discuss the project at hand with our client from the beginning.  We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have.  During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues. 

 
How do I check on the progress of my job during the design process?
The client is kept abreast of the progress of their job through our approval process.  We present the project to the client at certain stages, or milestones. The client is always free to call in to get an update. 

 
How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment.  At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you on CD, DVD, or through e-mail.  We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy. 

 
Who owns the copyright for work Another Level Media has done for me?
Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment.  We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes. 

 
How does your logo design process work?
We first discuss the client's needs, target market, and uses for this logo.  We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste.  Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind.  Other times, they have no idea what they want.  Either way, our designers make sure they've collected enough information before they begin work.  Our logo design service is very flexible.  If you'd like to see only a few concepts or if you need many, our service can be priced according to your needs. 

 
I need something designed yesterday.  Can you help me?
We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is.  To be fair to other clients, if a job already in production is interrupted by a rush job, we reserve the right to add an additional charge on top of the normal price. 

 
I don't know where to start.  Can you help me?

Does my business or organization need a website?
Ask yourself, "Does my business or organization need 24-hour exposure 7 days a week, 365 days a year?" The answer is obvious.  What other medium allows you to expose all the benefits of your small business or organization to your target market at their convenience and provide a source of direct correspondence from them to you? Websites help increase communication, awareness, provide opportunity for increased sales, and gives you more credibility.


How many pages do I need?
This all depends on how much content you have. Every business website should have an 'About Us' page (or something similarly titled) to tell your visitors about your business. After that, it depends on what type of business you have. A good rule of thumb is to not overwhelm your audience with too much information on each page. Disperse the information and break it up into digestable pages and paragraphs. We will sit down with you and assess your site's goals and needs to determine the number of pages you need.


What does it take to get my website up and running?

Website maintenance can be a daunting task, especially if your company doesn't have a full time webmaster on staff. How long does it take to build a website?
Site design depends on many factors and will probably take anywhere between one – four weeks, depending on size and how complex the site is. When you decide to use Murrieta Web Design, we will meet with you to talk about the objectives of your site. Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will give you an estimated finish date. To expedite the process, we recommend that our clients gather as much information about their business as possible. We will help you organize and edit your information to fit your website.
